The New Rules of Marketing and PR

Chapter 1–If the ways to reach consumers have truly changed, then how can one not get lost among the shuffle while trying to rich niche audiences. How can one do so, now that there are millions of blogs, twitter accounts and Facebook Fan Pages?

Chapter 2–The author seemed to emphasize an approach to reach influential, niche market bloggers, is that the only approach. How come he only focuses on bloggers?

Chapter 3–Is there a new approach to understanding audiences today? If the methods of reaching them have changed, have the methods of understanding them changed as well?
