Ground Swell

Chapter 1:
What is the relationship between the Ground Swell and Web 2.0? Are they the same thing? Are they similar but different phenomena, or is one dependent on the other?

Chapter 2:
How can companies manage the content that other users create about them? They have PR departments, but are those efforts twharted by the ground swell?

Chapter 3:
If Inactives constitute the largest group on the participation ladder, then how come the actions of everyone else make the ground swell so significant?
