Chapter 5–Is it preferable to use social media to “listen” to customers, or should companies stick to the companies like Communispace to understand their audience?

Chapter 9–While customers may get gains from crowsourcing in terms of better products, services, etc. do they deserve to get some sort of compensation for their creative efforts? After all they are not sharing in the profits.
